The purpose of the Solution Architect is to design, develop, and oversee the implementation of IT solutions that meet the strategic goals of the client. This includes providing value into the pre-sales activities such as opportunity qualification, responding to tenders as well as quote and proposal generation and managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
The employee will be required to attend training (internal and/or external) as necessary to effectively and efficiently perform his/her duties.

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the below):
- Designing and overseeing the implementation of ISS, data center or cabling infrastructure architecture to ensure it aligns with the business strategy and meets the needs of the client.
- Developing and maintaining architectural blueprints, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Working with business leaders, sales and project managers to gather and define requirements.
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions, balancing functional requirements with IT constraints.
- Providing technical guidance and support to teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Remaining up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assessing the potential impact on the organization.
- Leading architectural reviews and ensuring that solutions are built according to specifications.
- Overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery, and providing input into managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensuring that solutions are delivered to the required quality standards.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Ensuring that solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
